REFORM OF THE CROATIAN ENERGY SECTOR - The step 2

It has been three years since the package of the energy laws was adopted, which marked the launching of the reform of the Croatian energy sector. This paper has been made as a respond to the need to offer, now when open dilemmas and issues concerning the further course of the energy reform are being discussed, a comprehensive vision of necessary legislative changes which would enable continuing of the reform and adjustment of the Croatian laws to the legislation of the EU.
