The workshop has been held at the premises of the Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar from October 28th to November 1st 2003. Its goals were to consider the possibilities for organising a regional electricity market and adopting mathematical models for market analysis. The workshop was sponsored by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
